Hello, I have a problem with the theme responsive only on the Iphone that displays the code elements …
This is not the case on other tablets or ipad.
Thank you to tell me how to do because I do not understand why.

You have a mobile site extension on your server, you need to ask your host to turn that off

It definitely is because that’s not our theme, I bet at the bottom it says ‘view full site’ or something.

    I don’t understand !
Is your theme is installed, otherwise I would not have been able to return to the support … and the code has not been changed.
I have given you access to the site, go check

Right let me explain, that screenshot that you first attached is a screenshot of a mobile site feature that webhosts have set on the hosting account, so that when people view your site on a mobile it loads a mobile version instead of the normal version (this is nothing to do with our theme, thats why it does not look right)

If you go to the bottom of the page there is a link to view the full site, if you click that, then your site will load as it should, using our theme.

What you need to do is contact your host and tell them to turn off the mobile site feature
