PayPal API credential – Where to put these?

Hi there!

I have purchased the neighbourhood theme which I absolutely love! Just when I thought I was ready to launch the website I have come across a problem that I can seem to resolve.

When going into the ‘checkout’ and using the paypal option and entering in your login credentials, it doesnt log in. I have spoken to PayPal and the issue is regarding the Paypal API credentials. When selecting the Paypal as the primary payment gateway, there is no option where I am able to enter the PayPal API credentials.

I have downloaded Paypal express (woocommerce) and that works although it goes completely against the neighbourhood theme.

I should mention that I have also installed the Paypal Woocommerce plugin and installed the paypal express checkout cart. It seems like its not compatible with the theme on the bottom right hand payment form. Rather it is located on the top.

It says “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.”
