Payments not happening at checkout

Not sure what could be going wrong here but ever since I upgraded to woocommerce 2.1 and the new theme I’ve been having a bunch of problems. I’ve setup the new endpoint system and everything.

When I put in my credit card info and pay a message says “thank you for your order. we are redirecting you to make payment” then redirects me back to the shopping cart. The order goes through but says ‘processing’ and no payment goes to my payment processor (Stripe.com). I’m doing this all in test mode but same thing happens regularly.

Would this perhaps be something to do with the new woocommerce changes or my payment plugin?

Hi @jinsley8,

It doesn’t sound like anything the theme would cause, WooCommerce/the payment plugin will handle all the redirection etc. I’d probably suggest first taking it up with the plugin developers.
