    Hi,

    I have discovered that when trying to process an order on our website on a mobile platform we get an error ‘Payment error: 5003 : Internal server error.’ (Not this does not happen through a desktop)

    We are using the ‘sagepay direct’ version of the plugin.

    Not too sure if this is to do with you guys or not but as it changes between mobile and desktop wondered if it might be a theme thing?
    Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Please check your server error log to now the detail of this error. Explain the error detail here also.

    Please activate default wordpress theme and check for this issue. You can also contact at Sagepay plugin developer about it.
