Hi. I have had 2 sales since updating the theme where the paypal email and payment has come through however the order is not registering in woo commerce and is coming up as not finalised. I need to manually add the PayPal info and change setting to “processing” myself.

Can you please advise if this is a bug?

Hi,
1- Are you using latest version of theme and plugins?
2- Activate default theme and create a order to check.
3- Please deactivate all plugins except woocommerce to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
