    Ed,

    Would you please add the ability to edit the protected pages text and box? It would be nice to have a centered box (with the wp-admin logo at the top) then the password box below and remove all of the text that says the post is protected.

    In the meantime you could simply find a plugin that lets you do that and style it accordingly.

    Hi there,

    This is powered by WordPress, not something that we have coded. You would need a plugin to change this as we aren’t allowed to override default WordPress behaviour in our themes.
