    I understand I must be doing something wrong as parallax video is not playing.

    • I inserted parallax element
    • Added cover photo
    • Selected parallax type – video
    • And pasted in mp4 file url into mp4 box

    What else do I need to do?

    You need to upload .webm and .ogg video files also

    Hi,

    It seems a server restriction. Try to add the code below to your htaccess file

    
AddType video/ogg .ogv
AddType video/mp4 .mp4
AddType video/mp4 .mov
AddType video/webm .webm
