    I wonder if you could take a look in firefox and see if it’s not working on your end. In the Parallax video background not loading on Firefox.

    In the third section down (NEM Presents), there is a video background that looks great on most browsers, but doesn’t seem to load in firefox for me.

    Hi,

    It loads fine for me in Firefox. Try to clear the cache.

    So in the NEW Presents parallax section (2 down from slider) on the home page, you are getting a video background in firefox?

    You need to upload mp4, webm and ogg files

    Our video is an MP4 file which is broadly supported. When do we need the webm and ogg files – is that for firefox only? It works on other platforms.

    You need to upload webm and ogg files to work with all browsers without any problem.

    Thanks for your help.

    So if we have an MP4 format, we need to purchase these other formats or use a video converter? What do you recommend to convert?

    Also, what size (dimensions) and quality to you suggest?

    Does the length of the video slow down the start time?
