    But what class do I need to put in there? Like what is the exact thing to put in that field?

    Hey, you can put in pt0 for example for “padding-top: 0px”

    That did not work for me. I tried it and still have white space. I have attached a picture. I am getting frustrated I have asked numerous times and cannot get it.

    After finding your website URL, here’s the css you need to use:

    .spb_parallax_asset { margin-top: 0px!important; }

    Just add this to the field ‘extra class name’ in the Parallax editor:
    mt0 mb0 bt0 bb0 no-shadow

    It will remove the spacing you are talking about.
