parallax in pagebuilder not working

hi there,
when I insert the new parallax item in pagebuilder, it shows up in the pb-area but I have no chance to edit the item. it just shows “loading page”
any idea?

is there a list of pagebuilder shortcodes anywhere so I coul insert it manually?

Hi,

Do you have any plugins active? Especially any plugins that might have to do with the page editor in WordPress? There may be a conflict, is the rest of our Page Builder working for you?

hi cosmin,
not working for me are:
– parallax
– single image

anything else is working fine.
there are no plugins reg. the page editor.
the problems came up when we upgraded to the last version (from 1.4.2 i think to 1.5)

please, I just need to know the shortcode to give the parallax feature a try. my client is eagerly waiting for it.

how do I define the background image?
“background=”1234″” nor “image=1234” does work

This is a parallax text block. Click the edit button to change this text.

The number for that image is the ID of the attachment (image) that you want to use as a background.

Did the issue of Parallax and single image get resolved (or is there a fix) because I’m having the same issue, even with all plug-ins disabled.

As a quick fix (until a perm one can be given) I’d settle for a the manual short code and it’s options with an example perhaps.
