    Hi there

    Been working with your great theme…

    I’m having an issue with a background image and the parallax effect. When the images is set to fixed or scroll then the image fills the screen but when parallax is selected is put a border to the bottom of the image (in my case the background colour is #73726e). The depth of this border seems to change depending on the parallax speed – I have this set at 0.3 but it increases as you make it faster so 0.5 makes it quite a bit bigger. Is this a known issue, is there a fix? Enclosed is an screenshot taken in Chrome.

    Look forward to hearing from you

    Thanks

    James

    Hey James, does that happen at the moment? Your site looks great, but it doesn’t look like Parallax. Could you set the issue up so we can see it?

    Hi Mel

    Thanks for your very quick response!

    The image on the homepage is set to parallax. Enclosed is a screen shot of the settings I have. I have noticed that the grey border comes in at a certain width on my monitor (22″) so you may need to resize your screen to see what I’m talking about!

    Thanks again.

    James

    Hmm, that’s odd. It seems to only happen at very specific resolutions. Add this custom css, which will just adjust for that image on the homepage:

    .home .spb_parallax_asset {
    -webkit-background-size: 110%;
    background-size: 110%;
    }

    That should sort it!
