    I can not find the Parallax option in page builder.
    Where can i find it?
    I include a snap shot of the my Page Builder Menu.

    Can you tell me how i can update the theme without losing all the settings on the web site?
    The site is live.

    All settings / content are kept when you update. The only thing that would be lost are changes you have made to code/theme files.

    Hey there,

    if you have modified the php/css/js files inside the theme folder (or via Apperance > Editor) I’m afraid you will have to move them to a child theme before upgrading to the latest version of the theme, as you will have to remove (or rename) the theme via FTP and upload the new version afterwards.

    To do so, log in to your server via FTP and navigate to the wp-content > themes folder. Remove the neighborhood folder or rename it to e.g. neighborhood1 and then upload the new neighborhood folder.

    You will not lose any theme options tho.
