    Hi all,

The parallax panels on my website have suddenly disappeared and been replaced by blank white spaces.

I don’t know what’s happened as I haven’t logged in to make any changes at all since announcing the site is live a month ago.

How do I fix this? Has my site been hacked?

    Pls advise.

    Thanks,
    P

    Hi

Parallax elements have turned into blank spacers? Or you just mean the parallax elements on the front end are just white space?

    Hi Kyle,

No the issue is where there are currently white blocks, there is meant to be Parallax content (it should be black infographics). The rest of the page renders fine.

When I go into the admin panel the backend looks fine, but the parallax components are simply not rendering on the front end, and instead I’m seeing white boxes. Does this make sense?

Not sure how to fix it?

    Ahh I see

You’re using version 1.75 of the theme, please update to 1.9.81

Ahh, ok great. How do I do this? I’ve downloaded the latest version from Themeforest and I’ve tried to upload this into WordPress but it keeps timing out with an upload error.

What’s the best/easiest way of installing the updated theme?
