    Hi, thanks for a great theme! I’m using the directory but the pagination doesn’t seem to work and returns a 404 error. Can you help please?

    Also in the support list, you say there are directory assets of pagination, excerpt length and no of items. I don’t see these options anywhere. Should I be able to?

    Try to refresh your permalinks and try again.

    Hi, could you explain how to do that please? I know I need to go to Settings > Permalinks, but what do I do then? Thanks

    Hello Tina,

    Just click on update and that’s it. After you do that, check if that resolves your issue.

    Hi, sorry, I don’t see ‘update’ just ‘save changes’ which I’ve tried and still the same 404 problem.

    Hi,

    Please change the name of this page directory to directories or any. This is currently http://cardinal.iehf.org/directory/ while it should be http://cardinal.iehf.org/directories/ or any. Because this page slug and directory post slug is same. It should  not be same.
