this issue ocurred twice already when everything is working fine and all of a sudden some pages on the site get a 404 when you try to go to them, the permalink is correct and you can see and edit them in the back end and even when you click preview it has the same issue.

Please change the permalinks to default and make again to post-name. Hope it should help to you.
