The pagebuilder is broken.

Visuel aides are missing.
Cannot drag ‘n’ drop.
The frontend is completely messed up when shifting between SPF-builder and default editor.

Please can you disable all plugins leaving only Swift Framework and WooCommerce active whilst we take a look for you.

Hello again.

This happens on every single page, it’s not consistent, happens 20-30% of all times when opening any given page.
This has been a recurring problem for more than a year.

Cannot disable plugins – This is a livesite!

The videos are self explanatory, you can see the builder doesn’t work, so I don’t understand your question, please elaborate.

Have you previously reported this, we have thousands of other users who have not reported an issue like this.

Do you have a staging site?

This likely be caused due to a conflict with another plugin, hence the deactivation request to test and isolate which plugin causes this.

Hi,

You can’t have columns inside columns, the page builder is not ready for that. It shouldn’t let you add columns inside columns, but guess you made it because you add a saved element.

Guess it happened after adding that saved element, do this test.
Add the saved element and save the page or switch to classic editor and return to the Swift Builder.

Try to move the elements after that.
