    Hi

I have recently updated Dante to its latest version; however, after the update I started to experience with page titles.

Home page for example should not have a title but is shows is as Home.

Sample Page should show a title but it double it up and it is now showing the same title twice

    Thanks

    Hi,

That is because you probably have an customized header.php in your child theme and that file was changed in the update. You should compare with the new version and copy across the different code.

    Hi,
Please change it through Admin -> Settings -> Reading > Front page display -> Choose static page here and choose front page now.
    Thanks

    Hi,

I was wrong it wasn’t in the header but is the page.php inside your child theme, after I rename it temporarily the title only display once.

Compare this file with the one in the parent theme and copy across the differences.
