Try the attached build, hopefully it should fix the issue.

Your product issue doesn’t sound right at all, you’re saying the permalinks for the product revert to the homepage? This isn’t something the theme would be responsible for.

Thanks for the prompt reply! We’ll try this fix later today.

Not all the permalinks are reverting to the homepage — only the products we edited after changing our theme to Neighborhood. This wasn’t an issue until installing Neighborhood. We love the theme so far, there are just a few little issues like this that can hopefully be sorted out relatively fast.

Have you tried setting the permalinks back to default then to your chosen setting in Settings > Permalinks? I honestly can’t see any reason the theme would cause this.

Hmmm…that didn’t work. We have a few other issues, as well (such as the “returns & exchange” pop-ups on the checkout page not functioning), which we’ll put together in a private post shortly. We appreciate the help!

I am having the same issue here. I am upgrading a website to this theme and on the imported pages the ‘show/hide page title’ meta setting is getting overridden by the theme default meta options. When I change the setting on the page and update, nothing happens.
I have created a new page and tried it there and everything works fine. I am running v1.3.3 of the theme. Should I try the build in this thread or no? I wasn’t sure if it was a later build or not as it was posted well before I bought the theme from themeforest.

I can supply login details if required.

    Cheers.

Hi, do you have any option to recreate your pages and not use the existing ones?

It would be easier not to!

I’ll ask the developer to get back to you about this, thanks!

Just discovered this thread. Sorry, I created another thread about the same issue.

I’ve also confirmed that meta options save on newly created pages, but not on existing pages. This isn’t ideal.

It seems that it’s not just on pages created before the theme was activated, but something less easy to debug than this.

Can you let me know if you enabled Custom Fields in the Screen Options tab at the top of the post/page, then see if you can add a value for the field that way. Eager to know whether this saves or not.

    Let me know.

No values added in custom fields.

Which should I add? Then I’ll test right away.

    Hi Ed

The custom field persists, however the meta options do not.

You’re right, on other pre-existing pages the options set correctly, just not currently the home page. I’m unsure what other pages aren’t working.

@KennethJ – For example, create a new custom field named:

    sf_page_title

and set the value to 0

Does it hide the page title?
