I tried to change to draft, then publish again. But the meta are still not saved.

As @nidrig says: none of the meta is saved in old pages/posts. Only in new pages/posts.

Just had a look and it only seems to be that page that is corrupted. Can you confirm that?

Can you try using this plugin to clone the page, and check if the meta on the clone page saves or not?

Same happens here. No metas are saved on an existing page. Just to let you know that this is a serious issue.
