    Do you have any plugins installed? If so please can you deactivate them and see if that fixes the issue?

    This is odd, they are showing up in the source code but something is preventing them from displaying on the screen. I will forward this to the developer for you

    Could it be a problem with the .htaccess ?

    # BEGIN WordPress
    <IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteBase /
    RewriteRule ^index\.php$ – [L]
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
    RewriteRule . /index.php [L]
    </IfModule>

    # END WordPress

    I also see that the website is on a Windows server, the problem can come from that ?

    I don’t think it’s likely to be because your on windows, but could potentially be down to permissions. Have only ever seen maybe 1 person with this issue, and not sure what the resolution was there.

    Do you have another server you can test on?

    Ok so, I had tested on another server and it work perfectly fine.

    I have deleted all the files that was on the server of the website, reinstall wordpress and the Joyn theme and… Fail.

    A problem with permission ? What must be the permission for the website ?

    Guess that server must have some error logs.
    Can you check the logs to see if appears any message that can help solving the problem?

    Can you also enable wp-debug to true inside the file wp-config.pgp?

    Thanks

    Hi guys, after one week of intense bug, research, deleting, etc… We have finally decide that we’ll change the hosting of the website.

    Thank you very much for your help and your incredible work with your theme, I like it so much ! This is what the support should be everywhere.

    Have a nice end of week !
