Page header text color options not taking effect

Hi there, I am trying to change the “Page Title Text Color” options for the header on my pages, but some things are not getting applied. On the home page only, if I try to select “light” for the “Hero Heading Text Style” the color does not change. Also, if I try and set a color for the “Page Title Text Color” option, the color does not take effect on any page.

How can I get these changed to take effect?

If you use the hero heading you can only have white or black
