Page builder stuck in loading

Hi,

I updated my site to the latest version of everything and now the page builder has stopped working, it is stuck in “loading, please wait…”

Console gives and error TypeError: null is not an object (evaluating ‘spb_ed.save’) line 1470 in page-builder.js.
Also when I try to switch back to classic editor, it freezes with error TypeError: null is not an object (evaluating ‘tinyMCE.get( ‘content’ ).setContent’) line 339 in page-builder.js.

Off-topic it seems you guys missed a css class from the styles because page-heading-hidden class does not exist and the header cant there for be hidden with the appropriate controls in the Page heading options.

I replicated my setup in localhost and updated there first to see if any issues rise so I don’t have it available publicly. But I managed to locate the problem to the Advanced custom field plugin.. Once I disable that it starts working again. It seems it somehow captures the tinyMCE so its their fields are the only ones registered as editors.. Anyway maybe you can try installing that on your setup and see if it breaks. This plugin is quite important for me so would be nice to have these two working together.

Advanced Custom Fields Plugin v.4.4.3 is the one that breaks it.

I’d imagine so because I didn’t have any custom fields active for pages. Can’t be sure tho but for me the problem disappeared after disabling it.

I have the same issue, tried updating to your latest version but not of any use.

Can you be more specific about the ACF plugin. Please let me know what i have to do to get this issue resolved

Haven’t found a fix yet for the latest versions so I just disabled the plugin from the plugin manager.

Swift Page builder is still showing in the pages and the problem of currently loading is sill there.

Could you please quickly give an alternate solution, my website deadline is very close. Am not able to work on the pages with this. Hope you understand.

I am running Advanced Custom fields plugin perfectly fine. Please ensure you have updated all plugin version and are running the latest Dante version?
