Page builder products default sort order

Page builder products.
Asset Type > Select the order of products you’d like to show.

The options do not include the default order that they are in the actual category. This is really important as I am using a Advanced Post Type Order (http://www.nsp-code.com/premium-plugins/wordpress-plugins/advanced-post-types-order/), to manually order the products in each category.

It works fine in the category archive pages, but I want to use a page with the page builder functionality. Is there a way to override your built in sort options, or add the category order to it?

Unfortunately that is not part of the current theme functionality, and it’s not within the scope of our support to be able to provide that functionality as it is more work than a small customisation. While we’d love to be able to support every customisation request, we simply don’t have the time. I have a programmer that an help. Can you tell me which files we should look at please?

One other option I have tried is to use the woocommerce shortcode:
[product_category category=”best-sellers”]

This give me the correct result and order, but the Dante styling is not being applied.

Yes.
The dante short code is:
[spb_products asset_type=”product_category” category=”best-sellers” carousel=”no” product_size=”standard” item_count=”8″ width=”1/1″ el_position=”first last”]

But this shows the products in a predefined order.

If I use a woocommerce short code:
[product_category category=”best-sellers” per_page=”12″ columns=”4″]

The Dante styling is not applied at all.

Ok, I’ve managed to fund a woocommerce short code that works:
[product_category category=”best-sellers” per_page=”12″ columns=”4″ orderby=”product_category” ]

This was available in the woocommerce shortcode lists in the text block pagebuilder assest.

Only issue now is that the thumbnail is cropped to a square and not the 300×400 crop as in the Dante theme.
