Dear Support,
I encountered a problem with your Swift Page Builder feature. In the last few days it stopped working. When I press the button in the page editor, the text I was working on disappears and I have to come back to the classical editor window.
The problem arose after a plugin switching, in fact I used for few days qTranslate and later I switched to WPML. Unfortunately I’m not able to understand what causes this problem and how to fix it. Could you help me?Thank you very much.
Best regards
November 10, 2014 at 3:05 pm #127009Hi
Are you using the latest version of WPML?

November 10, 2014 at 3:08 pm #127014I think so, I downloaded it just last week….the main plugin is WPML Multilingual CMS 3.1.8.2
November 10, 2014 at 3:29 pm #127027A further information I discovered right now: Swift Page Builder works for posts, but it doesn’t work for pages….
November 10, 2014 at 3:37 pm #127036Hi,
can you check again? It seems that it was disabled in the page screen options that’s why it wasn’t visible.

November 10, 2014 at 3:56 pm #127046Hi Rui,
something has changed. Now it seems to work, but two things are strange: first, when I switch to PageBuilder, it says “empty” for every page. Second, when I push the button “choose element” I cannot see the small pictures near the text for each item…
Why Swift Page Builder doesn’t recognize the pages I have built with it just few days ago? Do you think that some small “tag” have been recently lost?Thank you for the support

Everything seems to fine with me. You need to clear the browser cache.
Thanks
MohammadNovember 11, 2014 at 11:20 am #127264Hi Mohammad,
thank you for the support. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t…it’s quite random.
Let me check in the next few hours if this problem continues.Moreover, I send you attached a screenshot: as you can see, when I press the button “choose elements” I see just a list of words and no symbols. I remember there was a symbol next to each row…what do you think about it? Many thanks.

MohammadNovember 11, 2014 at 11:42 am #127276Hi,
To display the icons can you add this code to your custom css option.
#wpb_visual_composer-elements [class*="icon-"], [class^="icon-wpb"], [class*=" icon-wpb"] { display: inline-block!important; }

November 11, 2014 at 11:58 am #127281That code doesn’t work…I send you attached what happens. The dark bar with the buttons has disappeared.
Removing the code from “Custom CSS” it comes back again.
As you can see, it says “You don’t have any content at the moment” but this page has been created with Swift Page Builder…Do you think that an upload of all the theme files could fix the problems? It is important not to loose data…
In this case, could you please suggest me how to proceed?Attachments:

I deactivated all the plugins and the icons appear and the pages are recognized.
The missing icons seem to be related with WPML Multilingual CMS and the page edit related with Advanced Custom Fields.-Rui
November 12, 2014 at 9:39 am #127546Ok, just few questions: does Pinpoint Theme fully support WPML plugin? Is Advanced Custom Fields a mandatory plugin shipped with the theme or not? In this last case, I can maybe remove it…
November 13, 2014 at 10:56 am #127980Hi,
That’s just an css overide from the WPML plugin that is causing the icons to disapear.
To fix it now in you site please go to the following file
pinpoint/includes/page-builder/assets/js_composer.cssand at the bottom add this code below.
[class^="icon-wpb"], [class*=" icon-wpb"] { display: inline-block!important; }
Advanced custom fields is not shipped with the theme an we can’t ensure compatibility with 3rd party plugins.
