    He guys,

    On the mentioned website I have a problem with the overlay menu. Somehow the top menu-item isn’t clickable. As if the header is on top of it and thats why its not possible to click. Any ideas on what to do?

    (And this should be in the Atelier forum but somehow my extended support wont appear in the forum so I cannot post. See screenshot for my license spport extension. 6 months left.)

    Hi,

    When did you purchase the extended support? Have you added/update the licence code to your profile?

    Lately, it takes some time.

    I can’t see the issue on that site, do you mean the parent menu item like DRAAITAFELS?
    I click on it without any issue in the browser or this is happening in mobile?

    Hi,

    This is an age old Envato issue with their API, it takes hours to update our profiles with their new info… :/

    What page specifically can you not open the overlay menu, on your homepage this works fine for me.

    The link works ok for me, what browser/OS or device are you experiencing this on?

    Ah, I checked in Safari and there the menu is placed more to the bottom of the page and the item is clickable.
    In Chrome it isn’t on Macbook 13″.

    I tested in Chrome in my MBP 13 and it also works fine.

    Can you try to clear the browser cache or try in Chrome incognito.

    Try this custom css.

    .overlay-menu-open #overlay-menu {
        z-index: 99999!important;
    }
