    1- You need to edit sf-woocommerce.php file at /neighborhood/includes/swift-framework/. Find these links and change with icons.

    2- Please use this custom css code:-

    .menu > li.shopping-bag-item a > i.sf-cart, .mobile-cart-link i.sf-cart {
    background: transparent url("http://design.entre.com.pt/wp-content/themes/neighborhood/images/shopping_bag_icon.png") no-repeat scroll left top;
    margin-right: 6px;
    width: 14px;
    height: 16px;
    display: inline-block;
    vertical-align: -3px;
}
