    Dear Team,

    When I view Orders history and details in My account. Some of it doesn’t have infos as the products previously brought are deleted. Is there a possibility that we can keep all the details so that all my customers can view their current and previous orders details?

    Is there a possibility that the info in the order (as attached picture) are changed to TEXT only instead of a linked thumbnails?

    Hi @hana.ladorn

    As far as I’m aware, this isn’t possible. Instead of deleting the product, I’d recommend maybe setting it to hidden instead?

    You could possibly remove the link, but you’d need to modify the template files for this, isn’t possible as standard.
