I seem to have lost data as the theme reset to it’s original default setting. When I try to change thing I get an “Options Reset” with an explanation point. Any Ideas?
May 26, 2013 at 8:57 am #6109I can’t seem to replicate the issue, are you pressing save all changes?
For an example can you try this?
Appearence -> Theme Options -> Portfolio Options -> Preset portfolio showcase background image
Choose a colour and press “Save All Changes” top right and see if you have the same error.
Thanks
– BenJune 20, 2013 at 12:22 pm #8799This happened to me too today (contentinnovation.se). It’s disaster!
I pressed “Save all changes” but the theme responds with “Options reset”.And I had no backup. Is there any way to fix this?
June 21, 2013 at 8:38 am #8884Hi guys,
What version of the theme do you have? Please make sure you have updated to the latest version as we pushed some theme options fixes a few versions ago.

July 4, 2013 at 6:47 pm #10233Hello,
I’m having the very same issue. I’ve purchased the theme yesterday and just installed it on top of WordPress 3.5.2, so we are talking about the latest WordPress, the latest theme version and a brand new install!
Sometimes I don’t even get the “Optiones Reset” message, it just keeps “saving” (the dotted wheel spinning) and nothing happens. If I leave the options page and get back, nothing has been saved.

Can you provide a link/login in a private reply so that we can take a look?
Thanks,

July 5, 2013 at 11:25 am #10367Tested here and seems to be no issue at all that I can see. Do you have any way to replicate?
Could you try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser?

July 5, 2013 at 3:50 pm #10442Ed,
I’m on the go now, but I have just tried on my iPhone and it worked great. So, it can be a browser issue. I use Safari regularly on my computer. I will try using Chrome and Firefox as soon as I get home.
Can you confirm that themes options don’t work properly on Safari? Or could that be a problem on MY Safari only?
Thank you
AlejandroJuly 5, 2013 at 5:15 pm #10457Looks like just your Safari, as it’s working on my Safari perfectly.

July 5, 2013 at 6:49 pm #10477Alright, I have tried on Chrome now and works smoothly.
Weird thing that only my Safari is the problem. I’ll try emptying the cache, erasing cookies and all that to see what happens. As long as I can work on some browser, I’m fine.
Thank you for your help!

July 8, 2013 at 7:21 am #10639For me, the solution was to restore the database from a 24h old copy. Then I upgraded to the latest version of the theme. No problems so far! 🙂
