I may have missed it, but is there an admin option for making Tagline visible? It seems to be unseen by default — is there a feature within the theme’s admin that could allow Tagline to be “On”? Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately no, there is no such feature in the theme.

Hmmm… that seems odd — any advice on how that can be rendered visible within the theme anyway as a suggested workaround?

You would have to modify the php files in order to include the code. I’m afraid if you are unsure how to modify php I would suggest hiring a developer of your trust to help you with that!
