I am trying to improve my site performance (it’s painful slow) and gtmetrix suggested to “optimise images”

Its already got 92% grade, and also the site loads within 3 seconds, that’s fast only. Did you try using any Cache plugins??

Yep, I am getting a good grade but the performance is very slow, as I capture above:

Did cache, CDN, and a whole lot of optimisations.I even upgraded to siteground premium plan:

Don’t know what else to do, any recommendations?

The theme has nothing to do with this.
