    Hi support,

How can i make a url and open a specific tab? for example on the page http://makemakes.be/dev/sportizon/about-sportizon/ I want to open the tab marketing with a specific url. I would think this would be http://makemakes.be/dev/sportizon/about-sportizon/#marketing, since when I hover over the tab, that is the url I see. But when surfing to that url directly it doesn’t work.

Can someone pls help me with this?

    Tnx!

    Hi

Unfortunately the purpose/function of a tab is to show the content of the tab when clicked. It is not possible to link to an external url

    Hi Kyle,

Is it possible this will be included in a next release? Otherwise I’d have to copy the page 3X and open that tab each time first. And that’s not good for SEO ๐Ÿ™

    Cheers,

I don’t think I fully understand what you want to achieve? Tabs are for displaying content in tabs, so you click one and the content changes to the content of that tab. If you want to link to external links then why are you using tabs?

    Aha, i’ll tell you ๐Ÿ˜€

On the homepage (http://makemakes.be/dev/sportizon/) under the big image you see 3 “small texts” these texts i’d like to give a link to the about us page to each tab. So can give more detailed info there. ๐Ÿ™‚

    Cheers,

Ok thanks for clarifying that, but these are not tabs, they are icon boxes.

The best way to do this is add the link to your text, something like ‘more info’ at the bottom.
