I am well aware, but I was curious to hear, if you guys had a possible fix/hack, that enables the shortcodes in fields where it doesn’t work already.

It would be best to go to those guys – as that is the source of the problem. We’d need to look into their code to see if we could hack it, and that wouldn’t be the best solution.
