I have one page navigation set up on a few of the pages on our website, and it navigates correctly to the anchor points when your on that same page. But when I want to navigate to a certain section on another page that has an anchor point set up it doesn’t take me to the top of that section. Instead the top of that section ends up in the middle of the screen.
For example:
If you start on this page
and then go to the main menu and hover over solutions then click Cloud Hosting under Additional modules, it will take you to the cloud hosting section of the additional modules page. But instead of the cloud hosting title showing up at the top of the screen it shows up in the middle of the screen. But if your already on the additional modules page and click the cloud hosting section on the quicklinks menu it takes you to the cloud hosting section correctly, because the cloud hosting title appears at the top of the screen.
Is there a way that this can be fixed? Hope this makes sense.

October 3, 2014 at 4:54 am #116928Just tested here, and works fine from where I can see – https://www.dropbox.com/s/zoz5xcyi62pwyhd/Screenshot%202014-10-03%2005.53.52.png?dl=0
What browser are you using? Have you tried alternatives / different machine?

October 3, 2014 at 12:54 pm #117072I am using Firefox most of the time. I did notice that it works the way it should on Safari and Google Chrome, but not on Firefox and Internet Explorer. And yes, I tried different machines.
October 3, 2014 at 8:13 pm #117204Unfortunately that is the way firefox works – the jumping to the section on load is native browser functionality, not something we control in the theme, and it seems that on Firefox it jumps before the images have fully loaded.
If you use performance plugins such as WP Super Cache, that may help to prevent it.

July 16, 2015 at 4:41 pm #195319I would open a new support ticket for this issue, but when I click on the post new topic button it doesn’t take me anywhere and your site is also telling me that I need to purchase a license to view your forums, which is weird because we have been using your forum for the past year for our Dante theme with no problem.
But anyways, the issue I am having right now is I had anchor points set in rows throughout a couple of my pages. They stopped working suddenly, when you go to our menu to click on a deep link it just takes you to the top of the page rather than the anchor point lower in the page. When I went to look in the backend I noticed that the spacer ID and spacer section name slots were missing from the row element. I fully remember those slots being there when I initially made the anchor points because its been working for the past several months. I’m not sure if the recent update in the theme got rid of those slots but I would like to figure out how to get them back, because I would prefer to use the row element for my one page navigation anchor points rather than the blank spacers. Because I don’t like the little dot navigation thing that shows up on the right side of the screen when you use the blank spacer.
July 17, 2015 at 8:59 am #195506Hi @tsimarketing,
Regarding the forum, we made several changes to turn our support site better and to make our work more efficient, so it’s required now to enter the Purchase codes to restrict the users to their specific products, Try to register the purchase codes again, the Themeforest API had some problems last weeks and maybe was because of that.
The updates don’t touch the database, can you provide the link of that page and admin credentials so we can check it?
Thanks-Rui

Apologize for the delay. That’s strange since the updates don’t touch in the database.
I added the id to OurApproach spacer to check if it was saving fine and showing correctly after exiting the page edition and returning back, but it seems to be fine.
Unfortunately I guess there’s no other than filling those spacer id’s again.
