    Hello,

    I set up one of my links “about Us” to link to a row content slightly below the header.

    However when i click the menu “about us”, it keep bouncing back to the top of the page.

    My site url is as above.

    Is there any settings which i am missing?

    Hi,

    Can you try to disable all plugins and test again, just to test of there is any plugin conflict?

    Hi Rui,

    Thanks for responding.

    The only plugin i have activated is contact form 7. I tried disabling it but it does not fixed the issue.

    Are there any possible causes for this?

    I think i have enabled it already. But somehow the button is not appearing.

    Can you try updating the theme to 1.95?

    Hi Kyle,

    Do I install the child theme to update?

    Sorry i am not familiar with theme updating.

    I am weary or breaking any settings i might have.

    Updating the theme just updates the files, all your site will stay intact 🙂

    Hi kyle,

    I have updated to 1.95 but i am still facing the issue. The continuation button still doesnt appear.

    Settings are still the same as the screen shot above.

    What can we do now?

    The developer has fixed this for the next update which will be going out later today
