Hi,
I see that your issue seems to resolved.
Thanks
MohammadNovember 28, 2014 at 1:16 pm #132101Hi Mohammad!
Not really – Rui suggested it might be a problem with a font file but I’m not sure how to check or fix what he was referring to. It’s no longer going too far up but is now stopping too low. Very strange.

In Font options-> Standard Fontdeck Font check the url’s of the font’s you uploaded.

August 18, 2015 at 3:14 am #204771Hi Guys,
Great answers to questions—and always appreciate your awesome support team & service.Just curious if there is an easy way to add the class=”smooth-scroll-link” to the links in the top nav bar (main menu)?
So essentially would be the one-page-wonder, without the one-page side bullet nav, where the main menu at top would take advantage of the smooth scolling to anchors throughtout the one page.Thank you,
SheldonAugust 18, 2015 at 7:44 am #204790Hi,
Please go to Admin -> Appearance -> Menu -> Screen options at top right corner -> Enable CSS Classes. Now you can add any custom class to menus.
Thanks

If you set a # link in the menu, then it will automatically be a smooth-scroll-link

August 18, 2015 at 5:16 pm #205075Thank you for your prompt reply, Mohammad 🙂
Brilliant, I did not even think to check the screen options in menu—I have added the CSS class to menu item (“smooth-scroll-link”)—unfortunately, the link is still not smooth scrolling.
NOTE: I have tested a smooth-scroll link on a text link within the page and it is working.
Please let me know.

SheldonAugust 18, 2015 at 5:23 pm #205077Hi Ed,
Thank you for your prompt reply. Please note: Upon adding the Custom JS to the theme options (as I found in this support forum) to enable smooth scrolling, I had then immediately tested using the #anchor link from top main menu, but unfortunately it does not smooth scroll.
I am able to use smooth scrolling class on text-based links within the body of page, but it does not smooth scroll from the main menu link.
I have since tried Mohammad’s recommendation of adding the (optional) CSS Class to the menu item, but still not smooth scrolling.
Please let me know.

SheldonAugust 19, 2015 at 5:54 pm #205511Hi Sheldon,
Can you check your menu links within Appearance => Menu are like this
#ingredients
and not like this/../nuezmilk/#ingredients
Can you also add a WP login for us?
– David.
August 19, 2015 at 6:32 pm #205530Hi David, Thank you for your reply.
I have attempted using “#ingredients” for the Custom Link URL—but it does not work, and I’m unsure why.
Please let me know.
Thank you,
SheldonAugust 19, 2015 at 6:33 pm #205531Ok, please also add a WP login for me to take a further look?
– David.

David.August 24, 2015 at 5:43 pm #206894Hello David,
I have updated both WP & Dante Parent Theme.
Unfortunately, smooth-scroll still not working from top main-menu link.
Please let me know.
Thank you,
SheldonAugust 25, 2015 at 1:46 pm #207261Hi Sheldon,
This looks to not be working because of the site URL, it is within a folder ‘/nuezmilk’
You have everything setup correctly but to get the link to work this:
#ingredients
would need to be changed to this /nuezmilk/#ingredients.The smooth scroll would not work like this.
Is the this
/nuezmilk
folder just for development or is this a live site? Thanks.
