ONE color, would ike default color to show as white NOT select color

Hi,
As we are a small store, we often want to list the same dress as separate products but as different colors. One product listing for the white dress, and another for the same dress in black. I would like for the website to display the default color as WHITE, and for the black dress, as BLACK. And not give the option to select color, as there is only one color.

I would like the same feature for an item of One Size. See second screencap, for the necklace. The user shouldn’t have to select the size, as there is only One Size.
I can’t find how to set that so those options are static or default to one color in the variations? Where is the option to set that?

If you don’t want to use variations for a single product, but have them all as separate products, then you’ll need to set up all the products as a single product.

Hi Kyle, I understand needing to list separate products, maybe the necklace wasn’t the best example. But the dress screenshot is a good example. That is one dress, which comes in only one color, and for listings like these, I would like to have the color default to “black” so the user doesn’t have to select a color, as there is only one color.

While the necklace comes in different colors, that only comes in one size, and I would like that to default to “one size” rather than select a size.

You have the products set as ‘variable products’, you need to change them to ‘simple product’
