    Can anyone recommend a converter for MAC OS to get video files into the required OGG format for BG Videos on IE?

    I’ve tried several, and the closest I can get is .OGV (a related file format, but which doesn’t seem to display on IE).

    Even with a fallback image, the OGV tries to load, but doesn’t.

    I found a way to make OGG videos, but you’re right, that didn’t solve the issue.

    Can you identify why my BG Videos are not working in IE:
    http://applesandchocolate.com/ (only Home page has BG Video).

    It’s working on Safari, Chrome, Firefox.
    I have added .mp4, .webm, .ogg, and a fallback image to the Swift Slider.

    I switched to Master Slider and the Fallback image is showing in Internet Explorer, so that’s a partial solution.

    But your Demo sites successfully display looping BG videos in IE. Not sure what I’m doing wrong.

    For IE it should be the mp4 format.
    Can you share here the mp4 link you used?

    Here’s the one that’s in place now for Master Slider.
    And it was the same link I used in Swift Slider attempt:

    It seems something is wrong with it can you try to convert the videos using the Miro Converter.

    Thansk Rui,

    Tried to install Miro several months ago and tried again now.
    Won’t install – see attached.
    I’m on Mac OS 10.8.5

    Is there another converter you recommend?
    I used iMovie for the MP4 I created.
