Hi there,

I can’t see any issue on the theme’s side for this. For the comments number we call the standard WooCommerce function comments_number() – there is no theme intervention with this, so this must be something to do with an issue in the database table for the comments. The gravatar is also called from a standard WordPress function. There isn’t anything else it could be as far as I can see. Could be an issue when you transferred the comments, if they aren’t linked to the correct post IDs etc.
