    Nothing seems to save… When i go to Appearance>>Customize i go down the thing changing colours and titles but nothing changes on the preview, i click save and publish and nothing changes, then when i click the X in the left hand corner this pops up ‘The changes you made will be lost if you navigate away from this page.

    Are you sure you want to leave this page?’ and asks me if i want to leave the page or stay on it…

    I have another issue with Theme Options where sometimes it doesn’t work and it asks me to reload page, to prevent this i have had to deactivate a plugin called ‘YITH WooCommerce Wishlist’ – which now its works better but still it appears every-so-often and i would like that plugin but cant…

    This is really urgent! as we need to get on and we are stuck to a deadline. I have attached admin logins.

    Please can you:

    1) Update to the latest version of the theme

    2) Deactivate all of your plugins to see if that fixes the issue

    Ok that has worked now. It was the plugins… just to let you know it was WooDojo, WooSidebars, WooThemes Helper. And as already stated YITH WooCommerce Wishlist. The small problem now is that I would like those plugins.. Thanks for your help.

    Will have to check with the plugin developers, the customiser isn’t from the theme, we just add options to it. The issue is with the save button on the customiser itself

    Yes, we’re also on Chrome. Its temperamental. It works then then doesnt then works then doesnt…

    Hi,

    Can you check in your hosting server log files if there is any error logged?
    usually these situations could be server related.
