Hi having recently purchased Atelier and finding my way round I am liking very much what you have made.
I am swapping out Themco’s X theme for Atelier due to the fact you use Bootstrap.

However after lots of ground work I have run into a problem using the shortcodes.

I get this message every time yet all plugins are activated.

“NOTE: You are viewing an inactive theme. Activate the “atelier/swift- framework/shortcodes” template to correct rendering.”

I am working on a local development so any help would be appreciated.

    Hi,

That’s strange, can you take a screenshot of the error and send us?
Do you installed and activated the required SwiftFramework plugin?

Thanks for the very quick response. 🙂

I have uploaded two images. One showing the issue the other showing the activated plugin.
It’s weird because the elements on the page builder work however I need the shortcodes on visuals for fine tuning my layout.

It seems a plugin conflict. Try to disable all plugins except Swift Framework.
Can you provide us your site url and admin credentials in a private reply?

Sorry can not do that due the fact it’s a local development!

It will be uploaded to take over the live site running X Theme when ready.

I have been through the plugin deactivation and the fault was still there.

My next step was to make a clean install on Desktop server but that was the same.

My next step will be to upload it to a inactive domain on my server.

I will give you the results from that.

It may be that Desktop server running xampp is the issue?

It seems something in your installation since I never saw a similar situation.
Let us know when you got that online.
