    but post editor not showing visual editor IE9

    Hi,

    Can you check if that happens with the default WordPress theme?
    If not we will need admin access.

    Hi,

    In fact in the visual editor it’s all blank but the content is there, because I changed to Text editor and also to Swift Page Builder mode.

    Try to activate default WordPress theme to see if it happens, and it can also be a plugin conflict so you should also try to deactivate all plugins and check the editor again.
