    Once i go into “theme option” and then into “woocommerce options”, i need to change some text (for example inside the “new account text” box)

    i tried to do it many times, but it seems it is impossible to save any change

    could you please check and fix?

    I manage to do it without any problem.
    Can you clear your browser cache and try again?

    hi

    thank you for your prompt answer.

    I tryed to clear caches, but for me it does not work. Once i try to save changes, all words return as before.

    Are you using the same user you provided us?
    If not can you try with that user.

    You can also place the text in a private reply for the new account text so I can save it so you can confirm if you see the changes or not.

    I’m using chrome browser, also try in a different browser.

    so:
    it seems that with another browser it works.
    But it seems to work with my browser too (safari). The problem is that i do not see the changes saved on the front end of the admin page even if the changes are effective.

    do yopu have any explanation for this?

    that can be only cache. Also try to disable all plugins except woocommerce to discard any plugin conflict, and check what you see in the frontend.

    problem was Jetpack

    Deactivating the plug in everything works fine.

    hi everybody,

    sorry but i’ve to come back to the problem…
    i thought it was solved but today i noticed that nothing has changed: inside “theme options” for example into the woocommerce options or footer options, it is not possible to save text changes

    please check and try to fix

    Hi,

    Once again I changed it without any problem. Added the word “testing” in the New account text.

    It’s difficult to help without being able to reproduce the issue.

    Try again to clear the cache and with the chrome browser. Also try in a different computer.
