No Results In Search

Our Neighborhood theme is not displaying search results. It does mention how many results were found but with no images or descriptions of products. Example image provided. Thanks for your support.

Make sure this is not happen by a plugin, try deactivate all at once and try this search.

Thanks Melanie. That works on Chrome and Firefox correctly but IE10 is not showing brief text product summaries under some of the pictures like the other browsers are. Any ideas?

Can you confirm with that you fixed or not, because in my IE10 on Windows 8, the search result for lamp give 29 results with content.

Thx for the response. When I do a search on “chairs” in IE there are products not displaying descriptions in the results still. The search for Lamps did provide results that are showing descriptions.

I did verify the chair products that are not displaying descriptions do have one.

Which version of the theme you have? Try to update the theme, that maybe due to isotope.. Also try to disable all plugins while trying.

Checking IE10 here shows descriptions as expected for “chairs”. Please can you clear your cache/try another computer?
