No more portfolio items showing on site. How to update Swift Framework & theme?

Hi,

It sounds like I’m having the same issue as others when updating to WP 4.5.2

Images, videos & portfolio items won’t show up on any page. From other forums, it sounds like I need to update my Swift Framework & (maybe) reinstall the Cardinal theme? Both are outdated on my end.

I’m running Swift Framework v1.50. I’ve downloaded v2.2.61 but don’t know where to go from here. How do i update the plugin?

Same goes with updating Cardinal theme. I’m running v2.2 & sounds like I need v2.5? How do I update it?

My site is http://www.kevinsmartmedia.com. There’s supposed to be portfolio items on the homepage directly underneath the “featured work” header.

Yes, you will need to update to the latest version.
