no download link or order received email?

Hi, ive looked through the forum and i’m having a similar problem to this – http://support.swiftideas.net/forums/topic/woocommerce-no-download-link-in-order-received-page/

i’m wanting the customer to receive the download link via email but its not working?
no emails what so ever are being sent to the customer?

hope you can help on this…will send login details in a private message next.

Hi Mohammad, thanks for the document.
I think the problem is since i updated the woocommerce plugin?
when i test out the shop by purchasing a item..i receive a “new order email” but no emails are sent out to the buyer – no “Processing order”,Completed order or Customer invoice?

All the email are enabled?

This is a new website and this did work a week ago.
Hope you can help with this problem as i haven’t got a clue what to do???

also the contact form is not sending emails? after sending the email the “Your message was sent successfully. Thanks.” but i receive nothing??

im using Contact Form 7 and Ive tried using WP-Mail-SMTP but this makes no difference?
