No Caching On Website

We are always making edits and updates to our website content, and it seems our site keeps caching itself. Is there a way to have our website not cache, because when we make updates to our website content some of our clients still see the old content. They have to manually clear the cache on their browser. We do not want our clients to have to clear their cache everytime we make an update. We would like our website to automatically clear the cache everytime we make an update. Is there something we can add to our website that can allow this to happen? Because before we redid our whole website, our clients never had to clear their cache whenever we made an update.

I’m afraid that’s not possible because it’s something the theme doesn’t control. It works that way in the entire web.

You could even control if your site serves cached files using plugins like WP-Super Cache or W3Total cache, but you can’t control the cache that browsers do locally.
