Newsletter footer form – not like demo

Firstly, well done on such a great theme!

I am trying to setup the newsletter form in the 3rd footer widget like the demo. But it doesn’t show like the demo. I have created a text/html widget and entered:

<h3>Newsletter</h3>
[contact-form-7 id="14696" title="Footer Contact Form"]

However, the forms shows as a white text box (see attached). What am doing wrong here?

hello,

I have another problem with the same Newsletter form on footer. It shows contact-form-7 404 “Not Found”. Default setup is:
<h3>Newsletter</h3>
[contact-form-7 id="5" title="Footer Contact Form"]

Changing the id from “5” to “14696” did not make a difference. Screenshot is attached.

Lj the ID must correspond to your actual Contact 7 Form ID.
