Newsletter bar button

Hi,

I have turned on the newsletter bar option and added my mailchimp code, but there’s no button on the bar. Where can I add a CTA?

Thanks for your answer David!

I’m well aware that we enable it via the theme options. I’ve also followed the code right. I’m wondering how to add a “subscribe” bouton right next to the email box (see the picture)

Where I have to insert this code, because I have a similar problem, I have enabled the newsletter on the homepage, I have installed mailchimp, but the newsletter subscription doesn’t appear in my homepage?!?! 🙁
