    Hi – I have input several products with no problem. Suddenly I found that a new product with the exact same size/weight/type of image is not displaying featured image well but instead showing two gallery images (it only has one featured image and one gallery image). What is wrong?

    Apologies – there is still something wrong with it. Now the gallery images shows up in the thumbnail area but very small. I have already removed and resaved several time:(

    Still have a problem displaying the correct thumbnail (see attached). Not sure what the issue is as the images are processed just the same way as the others. The only thing about this product that’s different is that I copied it from another and then changed the name / text / images.

    Thanks – I did that and it still didn’t work so I recreated that featured image which did work. Not sure what was wrong with the pic but that issue was on my side.
