New Dante Update

Hello,

I’d like to update my site to the new Dante version. I’m a complete novice with this sort of stuff and can’t find instructions for updates, only new site.

Please provide easy to understand instructions.

Please go to Admin -> Appearance -> Themes -> Dante -> Click on it to get the upgrade link.

I’ve done that twice, but there is no upgrade link, only customise. See attached image.

Eextract the zip file on your desktop, then drag the folder into wp-content/themes using FTP to override the old files

Hi Again,

I’ve tried to update the theme with the dante file, but an error came up saying I was already using a Dante file.

Can you please give me some clear and easy instructions on how to upload (ftp) the new update? I’m not a programmer, so please write every step and assume I don’t know anything, as I don’t.

Hi,

1) Extract the zip file.
2) Upload the dante folder to wp-content/themes on your FTP, making sure to overwrite not merge the existing folder.
